If you have questions about some of the color names, or Emoji names, please submit a question to colornames-i18n and your suggestions will be accepted immediately, and you can even translate the colors or Emoji names yourself! Translate these colors or Emoji names and see them in the next MagicToy release.

Send an email

GitHub and Gitee are public (which also means that someone else may have already encountered your current issue and gotten an answer), so if you don't want your issue to be public, you can choose to send an email to our support staff.

If you are experiencing a usage issue that requires certain steps and conditions for the issue to occur, please attach that context to the email, including but not limited to:

  1. the name of the feature

  2. Program version

    You can view the version of MagicToy by clicking on the MagicToy icon in the status bar and selecting About.

  3. your usage environment

    This includes the version of macOS you are using, your mac model, whether it is a Retina screen, and the processor (intel or apple siliccon).

    You can click  - About this machine in the top left corner of your desktop and take a screenshot to attach to the email.

  4. A text description of your procedure, screenshots or video recording would be great!
